I understand the statements on this website regarding Huff Hemp and it's products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results from products may vary.

The 2018 Farm Bill was signed into law in December 2018, effectively legalizing hemp at the federal level by removing it from the federal list of controlled substances and classifying it as an agricultural commodity.

All of Huff Hemps products are intended for adult (18 and up) use and purchase. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Free Complementary Shipping on All Orders and No Minimums. Orders are typically shipped out in 2 to 3 business days. Order are shipped with United Postal Service (UPS) Ground which usually take 3 to 4 days. Orders can be cancelled within 2 days by emailing us at huffhemp@yahoo.com 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Subscription Items have a first time 20% off discount then have a 10% discount for the rest of the subscription length

We have a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer free returns, your will have the option to return it yourself or purchase a return label from Huff Hemp.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the items packaging box and label, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, email receipt/ order conformation will be sufficient. 

To start a return, you can contact us at huffhemp@yahoo.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of [21]. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
